GPR Management, LLC was formed in August 1999 and is locally owned and managed. The managing partner, David Gudmundsen, was been involved in property management since 1993, while at ASU.  

It is our mission statement to:

•        At affordable prices (rents)
•        With reliable service (maintenance)

It is our goal to retain our clients (tenant/residences) as long as we can. We do this by the above mission statement.
