If you found a rental property you are interested in, you MUST fill out an application.

The application fee is $30.00 per applicant (anyone over 18 yrs old)

This fee covers our cost of a credit and criminal background check. Please be 
honest on the application, but we do understand past hardships and try to work with most people the best we can. Just because you think your credit and employment history is marginal, at best, does not guarantee disapproval. A co-signer (with good employment and/or owner of real property) can greatly increase your application for possible tenant approved.  Thank you for your time and we look forward to working with you.
