David Gudmundsen (Managing partner of GPR Investments) is a licensed broker in Arizona but buys property as a principal, not as a broker. 
David is married and has three children (ages 11, 9 and a 6 years old). 
He spendings his spare time with his family and playing
basketball (even though he is only 5'6").

David has spent a lifetime building a reputation as a "do what you say,
