Loan terms:

• 15-18% annual interest rate

• 3% points charged at closing (acquisition). 

• 15% rate if monthly payments are (up to 1 yr loan)

• 18% with no payments. All due in 9 months.

• 0-20% downpayment (depending on purchase price vs market value)
