We love referrals and are very happy to pay a referral fee to any licensed brokerages in the US. We typically pay between 25-30% of the commission to the referring broker (call for details). 

Our areas of focus would be:

  • East Valley homes (focusing on Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek) between $500,000-$1,200,000. 

  • Apartment/Investment rentals (2-4 unit buildings) Phoenix metro.
