*Specializing in commercial and income property sales.
*Active in assisting investors in acquiring income producing assets (ranging from apartments to commercial buildings, even residential rental homes).
*David is an active investor himself including the acquisition, management, 
rehabilitation/repositioning and sale of numerous properties in Arizona (as well as California) as both a Principal.
*Proficient in 1031 Exchanges, creative financing, cash flow calculations,   
time-value money analysis, and forecasting.
David is a family guy married to Melanie (20 years) with 3 children ages 11, 9 and 7 years old. Even though he is short (5" 6") David enjoys playing basketball 4 days a week at the local gym with the rest of the wannabes and has-beens.
